Kick off the wedding weekend with close friends and family at a relaxed welcome dinner. A chance to settle in, meet familiar faces, and soak up the magic of Lake Como before the big day.

Gather with fellow guests for welcome cocktails and nibbles as the evening light settles over the lake. A relaxed start to a wonderful weekend.

An informal dinner bringing the wedding weekend guests together — good food, great company, and the anticipation of what's ahead.

Evening Ends
An early close so everyone is well-rested for the big day ahead. Get a good night's sleep — tomorrow is going to be beautiful.
Saturday, April 24th
Rehearsal Dinner
The wedding party comes together at Villa Aura del Lago for a run-through of the ceremony, followed by a celebratory dinner on the grounds with those closest to us.

Villa Check In
The wedding party will be able to check in to the Villa and find their rooms.
4:30 PM
Free Time
Explore the villa, stroll the grounds, or take a boat out on the lake. A chance to unwind before the evening festivities begin.
6:00 PM
Wedding Rehearsal
Wedding party members gather at the villa gardens to walk through the ceremony. Approximately one hour — partners and immediate family are welcome to observe.
7:00 PM
Rehearsal Dinner
An intimate dinner at Villa Aura del Lago for the wedding party and close family. Expect heartfelt speeches, laughter, and a preview of the stunning setting you'll see again tomorrow.
10:00 PM
Evening Ends
An early wrap to ensure everyone is bright-eyed and ready for the wedding day. Sleep well — tomorrow is everything.
Sunday, April 25th — Wedding Day
What to expect
A perfect spring evening on Lake Como — here's everything you need to know about the flow of our day. Please plan to arrive at the villa by 3:30 PM so we can begin on time.
4:30 PM
Guest Arrival & Seating
Please arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony begins. Prosecco and antipasto will be served on the villa terrace while you take in the views of the lake.
5:00 PM
Ceremony
Join us for the exchange of vows in the gardens of Villa Aura del Lago, with the shimmering waters of Lake Como as our backdrop. The ceremony will last approximately 30 minutes.
5:30 PM
Cocktail Hour
Celebrate on the lakeside terrace with Aperol spritzes, Italian wines, and local bites while we take photos with our wedding party. Enjoy the golden afternoon light over the water.
6:30 PM
Dinner & Reception
A four-course Italian dinner, heartfelt toasts, music, and dancing in the villa's grand salon — with the doors open to the lake breeze all evening long.
12:00 AM
Farewell & Send-Off
Join us at the water's edge for a lantern send-off as Ben & McKaylah depart by boat into the starlit lake. The perfect end to a perfect evening.
Good to know
The entire event prior to 9:30 PM will be held outdoors — April in Lake Como is beautiful (typically 16–20°C / 60–68°F), but we recommend bringing a light wrap for the evening. Water taxi transfers from the Bellagio pier to the villa will be arranged for all guests. The dress code is formal / black tie optional.
